STEP 3 : NOTIFY THE SCOUTMASTER YOU ARE READY

HOW TO NOTIFY THE SCOUTMASTER :
E-mail (see below*) with subject : "Scoutmaster Conference" and note: "Forms are filled out and I'm ready for my next Scoutmaster conference."
*Until further notice, Scouts are to e-mail their Patrol advisors.
MAKE SURE THE SCOUTMASTER HAS ACCESS TO YOUR FORMS IF NOT ONLINE :
Copies of any hard copy forms you use will need to be either : scanned and attached to your e-mail, dropped off in the Scoutmaster's home address mailbox, or handed to the Scoutmaster at an arranged in-person conference meeting.
SCOUTMASTER CONFERENCE MEETING NOTES :
Scouts are to wear their class A uniforms and bring their Scout handbook at these meetings. Personal Growth forms will be reviewed to discuss a Scouts' accomplishments as well as plans for the future.
BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING NOTES :
Once a Scoutmaster Conference for rank advancement is completed, the Scoutmaster will send out notification that a Scout is ready for their Board of Review. Since these meetings involve a panel of (3) adults, they are typically in-person and will be scheduled at the next opportunity.
Scouts are to wear their class A uniforms and bring their Scout handbook at these meetings. Personal Growth forms will be reviewed to discuss a Scouts' accomplishments as well as plans for the future.
Scouts will lead the meeting opening by reciting the Pledge, Scout Oath, and Scout Law.
