This picture shows WEBELO and Troop 12 Scouts enjoying a Turkey (milk carton) shoot game during our annual WEBELOS Invitational outing.
Our Scouts say 'thank you !' by helping local community organizations in many ways, here are a few :
Spring Clean-up at FELC
Trail Grooming at the AppleCreek YMCA
Sorting food at Feeding America
Neighborhood / Campground Clean-ups
Participating in events such as Fox Valley Watershed Clean-up and EAA Volunteer Days
By design, helping younger Scouts succeed and have fun along the way is emphasized in Troop 12. Each year our Scouts plan and hold WEBELOS events and volunteer to participate in Council pin or Pack events.
Troop 12 meets on Tuesday nights from 6:30 - 8 PM and welcomes Webelo Scouts to come and visit us. Just let us know in advance your coming so we be sure to be good hosts.
Webelo 2's (and parents / den leaders) are invited to join our annual outing where Troop 12 Scouts will help them form a Patrol and complete requirements towards their AOL Scouting and Outdoor Adventure pins while also playing games & feasting on meals prepared by the Troop.
Webelos 1 and 2's are invited to join our annual pin night where Troop 12 Scouts have taught pins such as : Fix it, Engineering, Art, and Sportsman.
We love Gravity racing ! With 2-3 weeks advance notice, Troop 12 Scouts & Adults can make arrangements to come and help you run your Pinewood derby.
With advance coordination between Pack/Troop leadership, Troop 12 can assign one of our Scouts to come and serve as a Den Chief and help your pack for a period of time.
For Scouts crossing over to us, Troop 12 gladly provides all the elements needed to help co-lead the cross over ceremony with your Pack leadership team.
